Administrative Assistant

 Stereoscopic Vision for training and marketing consultancy is looking to hire a talented , passionate and driven professional with a great time-management and multi-tasking abilities Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial support and a variety of administrative tasks in an organized and timely manner, with the following Qualifications:

• University Degree in Business Administrations or similar field
• Good Arabic and English Command.
• Excellent Computer skills including advance knowledge of Windows and Microsoft -Office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook).
• Strong oral and written Communication skills.
• Good Time management skills.
• Professional in HR document control systems.
 
   The candidate is supposed to:
 
- Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the client work and communication. 
- Maintain agenda and assist in planning and reminding appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
- Act as the point of contact between internal/external parties.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving and screening calls to managers, take messages and redirect calls when appropriate.
- Handle manager’s requests, tasks and queries. 
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements
- Take notes, minutes of meeting and accurately enter and secure data.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Maintain electronic and paper records and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
