This program is designed for all executives, team leaders, or project managers who deal with medical and/or sales representatives and want to develop their management style and coaching abilities in the best possible way, by adopting a more facilitative style of management and leadership. It identifies different subordinates’ potentials and motives, and helps in restructuring and building new teams resulting from mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
This course will help participants to:

- Identify all management and leadership styles
- Identify the competencies of the Field Manager (Supervisor)
- Identify the level of maturity and management style of each subordinate
- Master coaching by performing double visits
