Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence involves the ability to perceive accurately, appraise, and express emotions; the ability to access and/or generate feelings when they facilitate thought; the ability to understand emotions and emotional knowledge; and the ability to regulate emotions to promote emotional and intellectual growth.

This course will help participants to:

  • Enhance their capabilities in recognizing and managing their own feelings and those of others
  • Increase self-awareness through utilizing both FACTS & GUT feelings
  • Create coherence between verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Manage conflicts and anger, and change positively
  •  
  • Encourage openness and bring out the best in others
  • Build stronger and trustful relationships
  • Use emotions to motivate the participants and others to achieve goals and business success

Who should attend?

All managers, team members, medical and/or sales representatives, and technical specialists whose effectiveness as communicators within and/or outside their organization is vital to the organization’s success.
