Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence involves the ability to perceive accurately, appraise, and express emotion; the ability to access and/or generate feelings when they facilitate thought; the ability to understand emotion and emotional knowledge; and the ability to regulate emotions to promote emotional and intellectual growth.

Programme Objectives:

  • Providing a framework of understanding EI
  • Outlining guidelines on how to use EI as an organizational change management strategy
  • Offering you an opportunity to assess your EI
  • Illustrating ways in which to begin to develop your EI capabilities
  • Enhancing the participants’ capabilities in recognizing and managing their own feelings and those of others
  • Self-awareness utilizing both FACTS & GUT feelings
  • Creating coherence between verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Managing conflicts, anger and change positively
  • Encouraging openness and bringing out the best in others
  • Building stronger and trusting relationships
  • Using emotions to motivate the participants and others to achieve goals & business success.

      • Case studies

Location and Durations:

      •  The course will be held at Shaheen Hotel, near Dijlah Village , Baghdad-Iraq.  

      •  From 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.,

Language:

Both English and Arabic languages will be used,
